How to use Helix kills can be found in the tips in the pause menu. I’ll just add that you can’t use it in a regular game, only in game+ and higher.

It seems to me easier to fill in in chapter 7, when the first guard with a squeaker appears. We kill him with a helix kill, then go down further into the corridor with 4 guards. Agrim first, we kick to the others a couple of times so that they stand one behind the other. Next we repel the attack And , immediately press + , then immediately press until all four are completely destroyed. That's a total of five helix kills per checkpoint.
And most importantly, there is an inaccuracy in the description: it is not necessary to fill the scale 100%, 6-7 divisions will be enough for all five
