How to unlock the Faster Than The Flame achievement in Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China - Definitive Guide

This trophy can only be obtained in Memory Sequence 4: The Port. The level is quite short and very linear. All you have to do is run to the end of the level and if you come across any enemies, just slide assassinate them by running with 
and then pressing 
to slide and then 
or 
to assassinate. You must finish the level with a time less than 05:00 minutes. You cannot track your time during the mission but you shouldn't have any problems obtaining this trophy.

THE, DEADLY, DOG
This takes place in Sequence 5. Your aiming time to get Gold is 4:16, so getting the entire sequence done in under 5:00 should be fairly routine once you understand the route, the enemy movements and the tricks. Remember that the single biggest tip for getting your time down is to slide assassinate every enemy that gives you enough room to. This allows you to keep moving and not waste precious seconds recollecting yourself after a kill.
If you think you could have done a particular part a little bit smoother, simply restart the checkpoint and have your time restart back to the original point as well. This is another important tip to help you achieve the best times possible when moving through the port. Once you begin to get the route down and understand enemy movements, you should not have to use the trick more than a few times as the chain is fairly easy to keep up with in this sequence.
