You will unlock the slide assassination at the end of Memory Sequence 4: The Slaver. In order to perform a slide assassination you need to be running by holding 
and then press 
to slide and then when sliding close to an enemy press 
or 
to perform a slide assassination. Once you have killed 25 enemies with this technique the trophy will unlock.
