The end of Sequence 8 involves you sniping several guards that are trying to get to mortars to fire at you. Unfortunately, you have no way to dodge the mortars, so you'll have to kill the guards before they reach them. There are 5 guards in total you must kill.

At the end of this sequence, you need to use the sniper rifle to kill 5 enemies who attempt to use mortars to shoot Arbaaz. Using Eagle Vision is suggested since it can display where the enemies will appear more clearly. There is also a short delay before the mortars are fired, so aim carefully before firing. If any damage is taken, go to the menu and restart checkpoint to try again.
