Arbaaz can pickpocket unaware (or dead) enemies by crouching and holding Circle. Sometimes you will need to use these skills to obtain keys for doors, but most of the time this is how you'll be replenishing your secondary ammo. This will likely come naturally during your first playthrough of the game, and certainly during the second.

Some enemies have lootable items on them, which are the three types of tools Arbaaz carries. When in close proximity to an unaware or dead enemy, hold 
to enter sneak mode and hold 
to steal. If Arbaaz's inventory in full, he cannot steal that particular item and this does not count as a successful looting. Reloading checkpoints to grind this achievement is permitted.
