This will more than likely come naturally during your Plus Hard playthrough for A True Assassin
, as being spotted will automatically lower your combo, and it's a thin line between being seen and actually alerting enemies. In general, going for this trophy on Normal is recommended, as you'll be able to see enemies' sightlines at all times. You can achieve this in any Sequence other than 1, 7 and 10 (as those are time-based).

Each time you earn any type of Gold rating during a section, your multiplier next to your score on the lower right goes up by one, to a maximum of x5. If you score any section at Silver or Bronze, the multiplier resets to zero. So, for this achievement, you must complete any mission with all Golds.
