Every time you pass a checkpoint in AC Chronicles: Russia, you will be assigned one of three ratings: Shadow, Assassin, or Silencer, depending on your play style.
To achieve an Assassin Gold rating, you must not be seen, and you must stab (shooting usually gives a Shadow ranking) at least one enemy between checkpoints.
Both Nikolai and Anastasia can achieve Assassin Gold rankings, and it's possible you will unlock this naturally throughout your two playthroughs. If not, you will be quite close.

An Assassin Gold ranking is awarded for any section of the game you complete while killing at least one enemy, without being seen once, and without a body being discovered. Earn this ranking 30 times to unlock the achievement.
