There is no need to get 5 kills in one boarding. He robbed ships and jumped from ropes from time to time. During the next boarding, the trophy fell out.

We board a level 20 ship, fly along the cable to the ship and press kill, come back and repeat.

I got the trophy when I started using ropes on the mast. We run to the mast, use the hook to fly up to the top of the mast and from there we fly on a rope to the enemy ship and press After killing 5 opponents, the trophy dropped.

I flew like a fool for a long time and killed a bunch of enemies - all to no avail. BUT, as soon as I chose hidden blades, the trophy dropped after a couple of kills. Apparently this is the reason. It doesn't have to be done in one boarding session.
