Diary pages can be found in New Orleans, De Bayou, and Chichen Itza. Alligator eggs and mushrooms are only found in De Bayou. Mayan statuettes are found in Chichen Itza. There are two Statuettes that are found only in specific missions in the game. You will find them in Sequence 4-6 and 6-1. They are hidden pretty well in the levels but if you take your time you will find them with out too much trouble. To check your progress on this go to the DNA Database / Stats / Exploration. The maps below will show you the locations for each of the collectables minus the two in specific missions.
