This is an unmissable achievement; if you play the story to completion, you should unlock it.

This guide could spoil the story for you so beware!

After you've killed Qabiha and escaped the palace, open the investigation menu and track the new case next to Nehal.

Go to Anbar in the very top left of the map and return to your hideout. Entering your hideout will start a cutscene and after the cutscene, you will get a prompt that informs you of the fact that if you go to Alamut, you won’t be able to return to Baghdad until after you have completed the story.

After arriving in Alamut and being attacked, saved by Nur, having the nightmares etc, you will be back in control and will need to leave the cave and ride off on the horse into the canyon.

Once you reach the fire barricade, jump off the horse and parkour across to get to the camp. After the cutscene, you need to jump down and work your way through the camp. Make sure to use bushes, haystacks and other cover to avoid being seen and to use throwing knives, blow darts and smoke bombs to stealthy kill/subdue/sneak past guards.

You will need to free the assassins and then speak to Rayhan who converses about the temple. After talking to him, you need to head there yourself via the cave where you first committed yourself to the Hidden Ones. Upon entering, there is about 2 single guards by themselves on the way to the big chamber and you can easily kill them and carry on. Kill the intruders (about 4-5 guards) in the big room and use eagle vision to find the ‘rune’ on the wall. Head over and examine it to trigger another cutscene.

You will now have to defeat Roshan and it is quite an easy fight so don’t be intimidated. Simply throw a knife at her unprotected shoulder and her health will immediately halve. After she pulls it out, she fights normally so make sure to dodge, parry and use elixirs if you need to. I defeated her by waiting for an attack and parrying which allowed me to land a few hits. Rinse and repeat until she is defeated and open the door.

Walk down the corridor and into the big room with the large gap where you will need to move around to the left and use the pillar that has fallen to parkour across. Interact with the door and after the cinematic, you will be in the nightmare area.

Just walk towards the red smoke as it appears. Going to the smoke about 5 times will summon a big door. Go to it and after the cutscene, jump off the edge into a leap of faith.

Upon jumping off or completion of the cutscene, you should hopefully get the achievement for Discovering Basim’s past.

Am I the only one who this achievement is glitched for? I've finished the game, only short the two 10 minute combat achievements, and this won't pop. I've uninstalled the game, started a new game and then went back to my save and nothing. Anyone else?

The same happened for me. I finished the main missions and the achievement didn’t pop up.

in the severs of temple this rock isn't glowing anymore everyone is stuck ,hf
