How to unlock the Explorer achievement in Assassin's Creed Mirage - Definitive Guide
There are 5 districts you need to explore: Harbiyah, Abbasiyah, Karkh, Round City and Wilderness.
In each district you need to get all collectables: Gear Chests, Lost Books, Enigmas (only need to be collected, not solved), Historical Sites, Dervis' Artifacts and Mysterious Shards and complete the Tales of Baghdad. If you go to the World Map you can see the progress you made on the tracker for each district. Note that the tracking will only start once you collect at least one, so if you have a sliver of progress left and no more collectables
, it means there's one type of collectable you haven't found any of yet.
Some collectibles only unlock after certain progress in the story and one Lost Book is only available after completing the story, but nothing is missable.
There is a cartographer in Commander's District, Round City, which sells locations to collectibles for one Scholar Token each. It is faster to first synchronize all view points and then scan the area for collectibles with Enkidu (look for yellow beams of light).
EDIT: I recommend going to THIS website to find all missing collectables and Tales of Baghdad.

There’s a decent chance some of you will be missing some rank progression in the Wilderness (assuming you’ve completed everything) I had this same issue and thought my game was trippin. Simply complete the two Tales of Baghdad missions in the Wilderness. One’s on the far left of the map (Abandoned Village) and the other is at the very top slight left corner (Northwest of Ukbara)

This achievement in basically means one thing: you need to 100% every region. So, that’s get every collectible, which includes every Gear Chest, getting every Enigma (you don’t need to solve them), pickpocketing all Dervis’ Artifacts (which you need for Curio Collector (30G)), visiting every Historical Site, completing all the Tales of Baghdad, finding all Lost Books (which you need for Scholar (20G)) and collecting all Mysterious Shards.
Below is the breakdown of what you need from each region, however, small disclaimer, there is one Lost Book inside the Palace of the Green Dome, which is the setting for the final mission, which you won’t be able to get access to until later on in the game. So you don’t need to rush for these out the gate if you don’t want to.
Anyway, here’s the breakdowns for each of the five regions:
Wilderness
Harbiyah
Abbasiyah
Karkh
Round City

While exploring the map you will come across stone walls that can be destroyed with oil jugs, but they can also be destroyed with a trap upgraded to Deadly Explosion + Explosion on Whistle .

To make it easier to find chests, books and riddle sheets, you can use the services of a cartographer located in the southwest of the round city, between the harem and the shurta headquarters. You can buy a total of 45 maps: 6 for books, 12 for riddles and 45 for chests. Accordingly, the maximum number of signs of knowledge that are required for purchase is also 45.

The last book in the Green Dome Palace can only be obtained after finishing the story.

PS5 1.08 no problems. Closed all areas 100%, remained "Unknown" in the Outskirts of Baghdad. These are Stories, you can easily find their location by googling - after quickly completing two quests there will be 100% without NG+
