In this guide we will show you how to solve the "Reap from the Ruins" Enigma, discover the Eldritch Talisman and earn the "Riddle Me This" Achievement/Trophy in Assassin's Creed Mirage.
In Assassin's Creed Mirage there are two Easter Eggs related to the Cthulhu Mythos. The first is the cursed Book of Necronomicon, also known as "Kitab-Al Azif" in Arabic, and the second is the Eldtrich Talisman. To locate the Eldritch Talisman you will need to solve one of the game's Enigmas called "Reap from the Ruins".
Your first step is to locate the Enigma that unlocks the quest. This scroll is located in the small seaside town of "Jarjaraya". The town is located southeast of Baghdad in the Wilderness area.
After you climb to the highest point of the town and "Synchronize", you will notice that the Enigma is located to your southwest. So move to this location and collect the scroll to begin the mission.
For the uninitiated, note that Enigmas work like this: the scroll that unlocks the quest gives you some hint about the location of a treasure. This hint can be a drawing, as in this case, a poem, a riddle, or a description of the location where the treasure is located. These treasures are new Dyes and new Talismans, in common they are purely cosmetic items, so engaging with these quests is purely optional.
Once you have collected the scroll, open your Inventory, move the cursor to the left to Bag, and once you have opened it, move the cursor to Enigmas. In this painting we notice ruins, the nightmarish figure of Cthulhu, and a marked tree showing the location of the treasure. These ruins are the Greek city of "Seleukia-on-the-Tigris", which is located on the southeast side of the map in the swamps. Unfortunately there is no fast travel point near there, so if you want to get there faster you will have to use your mount.
Head southeast of "Jarjaraya" with your mount towards "Seleukia-on-the-Tigris" and look for the tree depicted on the scroll. It is quite easy to locate it, as it is the only tree that has no leaves in the surrounding area (it is located east of the town). Move to the roots of the tree and collect the treasure (if this is the first Enigma you collect, you will also earn the "Riddle Me This" Achievement/Trophy).

There's a second talisman called the "Monstrous Talisman" that is also an Easter egg for the Cthulhu Mythos.

I did this with the “Find What I Stole enigma” which can be easily found by Qutrabbul Gate in the NW section of the city.
The enigma points you to the soap boilers district at the south end of Harbiyah. Going across the bridge from The Great Mosque, if you use Enkidu you’ll see 3 big vats of soap just to the north and 3 multi colored triangular shaped tents to the south. Under the tents is a small gazebo that has the reward.
Edit: this is a pretty clear cut solution, curious what all the hate is about.

For this achievement you need only 1 enigma but all enigmas are part of the 100% achievement. There are a total of 12 Enigmas in the game. The rewards are talismans and dye for your outfits. The videos contains the location and solution of each Enigma.

For the Explorer (30G) achievement, you will need to collect all the Enigmas - all 12 of them - to fully 100% and explore all territories. However, for this achievement, you will need to actually solve one of them. Whichever you solve is completely up to you.
Here’s how many Enigmas are, and in which regions you can find them:
Just outside the city walls, near the Gate of the Mills (south of the Bazaar) is an Enigma. It’s a map, and straightforward to decipher when compared to some of the others - the Enigma is called “Joy Beneath Weeping Palms.”
It shows the woods just to the south of where you pick it up, with an X marking the spot (in a small area of Palm Grove separate to the main plot of trees to the north. This small plot is split into 3 separate areas. Head there, head into the middle of the bottom sector, and use your Eagle vision to spot the treasure. You’re looking for a small pile of boulders next to a blanket and a basket.
You should easily see the treasure, and as soon as you collect it, the ‘Riddle Me This’ achievement will unlock. You’ll also unlock the Green Hidden One ‘Outfit Dye’ for the Hidden One Outfit too, which you can use to unlock the Fashion Statement (10G) achievement too. Two birds, one stone, and all that.

There are 12 riddles in the game. You only need to solve one. For solving them you get paints for the costume and talismans, these things have a cosmetic effect.
