In this guide we will show you how to open a token chest in Assassin's Creed Mirage to earn the "Treasure Seeker" Achievement/Trophy.
In Assassin's Creed Mirage, you will encounter some special chests called "Token Chests" which can only be unlocked if you have at least one "Merchant Token" in your possession.
"Merchant Tokens" are one of the three categories of tokens found in the game and can be used to lower the prices of Traders or to bribe NPCs and obtain information regarding a mission, among other things. Some missions reward you with "Merchant Tokens" for completing them, however the most appropriate way to get them is to pickpocket them from NPCs.
Eagle Vision can help you find which NPCs are carrying items you can steal, so go to a busy area, and steal as many NPCs as possible until you find a "Merchant Token". It should be noted here that you can lower the difficulty of pickpocketing through the options, so you have a longer time limit during the quick-time events associated with this activity.
After collecting a "Merchant Token", all that's left to earn the "Treasure Seeker" Achievement/Trophy is to find a "Token Chest". One of these can be found in the "Ukbara" village on the northernmost side of the map. With the river on your right hand, keep heading north until you find the building pictured in the video. There is a guard on the ground floor of the building, while the chest is on the first floor. You can take out the guard and enter the building, or climb up to the roof and then climb down to the first floor. Once there, all you have to do is open the door, enter the room and use the "Merchant Token" to open the "Token Chest".
