This achievement is potentially missable.

To unlock this achievement you need to sleep with another character. This can be done with multiple characters as either Alexios or Kassandra, however I play as Alexios so i shall detail the character I spent the night with to unlock this achievement.

Note that you can see a heart shape next to the dialogue option that usually leads to sleeping with them so it's difficult to miss. Chance your arm everytime you see this for an almost guaranteed way to unlock this.

When you arrive in the region called Phokis, which is where you go after completing Episode 2, you can find a side mission, ''Age is Just a Number',' given to you by a woman called Auxesia. She is very frisky for her age and tasks you with finding a bears scrotum and a deers tongue to make an elixir to give to her worn out husband to help him satisfy her. Once you have acquired these two ingredients, head to the quest marker and give them to Auxesia who is now with her husband outside a small building. During the cutscene the husband shows reticence in taking the elixir and is non too keen to partake, at which point you are given some dialogue options. Choose the option ''I can satisfy you'' and she will accept, much to the delight of her husband who can now relax with friends, playing his lute while you finish the deed inside. The achievement will unlock as soon as you offer to satisfy her.

Besides this encounter I happened across dozens of other chances with both male and female characters throughout the game. I've suggested this is potentially missable because you could avoid the dialogue option to sleep with every character that presents the opportunity but you would have to go really far out of your way to miss this.
