Once you have returned with each of the eight pelts, Daphnae will change location and move to Chios. Visit her for a final quest which will give you a choice to make. Which choice you make doesn't matter, so I'll avoid revealing spoilers.
When the final quest has been completed you'll unlock the Master of the Hunt trophy.
If you haven't unlocked the I am Legend trophy by this point, you can equip the legendary armour you receive throughout this questline to unlock that trophy as well.
To unlock this achievement you need to complete the Daughters of Artemis questline. You begin this questline in the Sacred Lands of Apollo area of the Phokis region. Go to the Temple of Artemis location and speak to the woman there, Daphnae, who is offering a quest. The quest is to kill a monstress boar which is no mean feat. Once you have defeated this boar, return to Daphnae and she will be impressed enough to give you seven more tasks that include defeating legendary beasts. The level requirements for these range from between 16-39 so you will not be able to do this right away. They are:
- The Hind of Keryneia, level 16
- The Nemean Lion, level 22
- The Kretan Bull, level 33
- The Lykaon Wolf, level 36
- Kallisto the Bear, level 37
- The Erymanthian Boar, level 38
- The Krokottas Hyena, level 39
Once you have killed the seven beasts and claimed their pelts, return them all to Daphnae for your reward and final test. Speak to her again to receive the quest 'Artemis's Request'. You will be asked to fight her as your final task. Note the final quest to fight her is a level 49 quest. It's not a tough fight so you don't need to wait until getting to level 49 since the previous quest is only level 39. You do not need to fight her though here and if you choose not to you will still complete the questline. If you do beat her, though, the Daughters of Artemis become enthralled to you as their new leader. This worked in my favour once on a later quest where I talked my way out of a fight by invoking my leadership, so there is a slight benefit in fighting/beating her in combat.
The easiest way to catch a deer is on horseback, but you can only mount a horse outside the area where the deer is located.
I personally killed the bull according to the scheme: Archery shot - dodge - archery shot.... as the adrenaline accumulated, then a furious blow. 7-8 minutes and you're done!
I haven't gotten to the rest yet.
