I have mine on the hotbar, but it never lets me use the skill. Any ideas?

Note that you have to press the hotkey once to activate (the view will zoom slightly) and then start pressing it multiple times to actually use. Not sure if that solves the issue?

To unlock this achievement you need to kill 10 enemies using the new Rapid Fire ability. You have access to this ability as soon as you own the DLC but you need to unlock it with skill points and can get 3 tiers of it.
Once you have it, use it by aiming with your bow, pressing the appropriate button that you assigned it to and holding 
to keep shooting. Do this as you play the DLC and you'll unlock this right near the beginning.
