How to unlock the Trust Me, I'm a Doctor achievement in Assassin's Creed Odyssey - Definitive Guide
Once at sequence 7, travel to north Thebes, Cursed Land of Oedipous, Boeotia and look for the side quest marker. When you have spoken to Hippokrates you can begin the following quests:
Hunting Party
Let My Patients Go
When both of these quests have been completed, travel to south west Thebes and the next side quest makers will appear for the last two quests in this questline:
Inheritance Insurance
Too Much of a Good Thing
To unlock this achievement you need to complete Hippokrates questline. You are pointed in Hippokrates' direction during Episode 4 when attending a party of the Athenian elite as part of the main questline, so be sure to speak to everyone and finish the 2 interesting side missions while at this party, to gather Oil for an orgy and to get one of the playwrites drunk at the behest of another.
When you meet him he will ask you to do a simple enough task for him in exchange for information on your mother (a running theme in this game). After you have done this and gotten what you can from him you will then not get quests from him for a time. During Episode 6 when the quest 'Abandoned by the Gods' is active you are tasked with returning to Athens. Do this but before proceeding to the quest objective you can find Hippokrates attending to a pile of dead bodies where he asks for your help in burning them. Do this quest now as it becomes unavailable after completing the main quest that you are currently on, though it won't void this achievement, it's still worth doing for xp.
After completing Episode 6 you can find Hippokrates in Thebes for his next mission, 'The Hunting Party'. After completing this you can immediately get your next quest from him, 'Let My Patients Go'. After this he will be unavailable again until you progress the story a little further, i completed most of Episode 7 up to reaching Atlantis, then came back to Thebes and he was here again with another quest, 'Inheritence Insurance'. Completing this short quest then leads to another short quest, 'Too Much of a Good Thing'. Completing this quest finished his questline and unlocked the achievement.
Note:
-The walkthrough began after receiving the trophy for completing the Odyssey storyline, level 44-45;
- In the district of Boeotia, additional tasks were completed in advance during the passage of the storyline;
- At the time of arrival in this district, the quest was not displayed, after opening the question marks (“?” - it is not necessary to go through them), the first quest appeared on the map, located in the left, upper edge of the district of Boeotia.
Walkthrough:
1) Hippocrates will ask you to help hunters in trouble;
2) Hippocrates will ask to help the slaves who were oppressed by the rescued hunter;
During the first two quests, answer loyally and remember that Hippocrates treated, and did not judge or kill when he was sick (I don’t know for sure whether this will affect the trophy, but you try and decide what to answer)
If you completed the first two tasks in the evening, and there is still no trophy, then do not rush to get upset, you just have to hold down the touchpad and wait until the morning, this way more additional tasks from Hippocrates will open. On the map this is the lower, left edge, it is with this quest that Powerpyx’s tasks begin; for me it was empty there during my first and cursory inspection of the district.
3) Hippocrates will introduce you to a new patient who asks you to speed up the process of his death (answer that this is a normal process and it is not for you to decide the fate of another), the patient will ask you to steal chests in the leader’s house nearby, after stealing the chests, you will again be asked to kill -fast, but refuse it;
4) Hippocrates will ask you to bring him herbs to relieve the pain of the patient, find, bring and put as much as you need.
Thus, you helped medicine and received a trophy!
