Assassin's Creed Origins

As the description says, you need to complete each of the two listed side quests. Both are detailed below.

Rise of Shaqilat

Where to find it: inside the Hidden Ones bureau. Go in the back hidden entrance among the bushes and you'll find a guy inside who gives you this quest.

What to do:

1. Go to the first objective marker to find an investigation area among some boats. Interact with all of the yellow markers across all three boats.
2. Head to the second objective marker which is a cave. You have to kill all 3-4 of the guards in the cave, then lead the hidden one out of the cave.
3. The third objective marker is Shaqilat. Speak to her, then kill the Romans.
4. Follow her and talk to her until you get to the leap of faith. Perform a leap of faith and the quest will end.

Shadows of the Scarab

Where to find it: just west of the Hidden Ones bureau, there is a small boy that gives you the quest.

What to do:

1. After getting the quest, you need to kill the two Scarab bounty hunters. There is one in the northern area and one in the southern area, and they are always on your map as red enemy icons, so you can't miss them. They are both level 45, so make sure you are at least level 43-44 before attacking them.
2. After killing them both, go to the new objective marker in the desert in the south. You'll come to a dead horse in the sand and a blood trail. Follow the blood trail and keep heading in that direction to find another little area with a blue arrow to inspect. From here, head off to the right along the rocky area on the ground to find a small shrine. Interact with the shrine.
3. You'll now have to fight in hand to hand combat (no weapons), but you can still use your special attack, so make sure to use it as soon as your adrenaline is full.
4. Once you defeat your opponent, walk next to him while you speak to him. After the conversation is done, the quest will complete.

After completing both quests, the achievement will unlock.
