How to unlock the Overheating achievement in Assassin's Creed Origins - Definitive Guide
I obtained this in the Great Sand Sea, just West of Siwa, I ran and walked (a mixture of both) during the day, witnessing multiple hallunications (some were the same) until eventually I got the raining bugs. This attempt took me 15 minutes but I have had other ones take me even longer, it is a matter of luck sadly.

I gained this by going south of Siwa to the stone circle, then continuing south into the desert area and just wandered around. I witnessed a few of the usual mirages, and after about 15 minutes the one I was after; raining bugs. The clue that you need to look out for is the v shaped wings of a bird in the distant sky. Ride towards this, and also to the next one. Eventually the sky will turn dark and a single bug will fall, followed by a few more, then a torrent of them. Trophy pops once it's done with.
If you walk around in the desert for any amount of time, you will experience hallucinations. Raining bugs is one of the multiple hallucinations that can occur. It is completely luck based, so this can take hours or mere minutes.
If you don’t feel like running around, you can travel to the Great Sand Sea and rubber band the left analog stick to walk forward and eventually you will encounter this hallucination. Once you experience it, the achievement will unlock.
NOTE: Don’t panic if it doesn’t unlock immediately. It may take a few seconds for it to unlock.

Hallucinations can only be caught in the desert and only at noon. The rain of beetles can be seen completely by accident, since the hero catches all the glitches randomly. Personally, I waited quite a long time for them to fall

IMPORTANT.
To get the trophy you need to dash through the desert WITHOUT a hood.
To remove the hood, in the equipment menu, on suits you need to click .

I opened questions about the desert, from the beginning I saw mirages (I think the Crusader flag flew by very cool, but I doubt it) and then after 2-4 showers it started to rain - very cool

As we said earlier, you can just stand there and do nothing.
We just have to find a deserted place (you can go to Iment Nome, there is fast travel there) and stand on the top (to make it convenient to watch cartoons). We rewind to the morning and stand there. You have three options:
From what I saw:
1. Standing Aya.
2. Swarm of locusts
3. Falling meteorite
4. Burning tree
5. The girl who plants flowers (probably Aya)
6. Dying Bayek
7. Zhukov (this goes without saying)
8. A fish that fell from the sky and hit the sand.
9. Flag (I ran after the flag and it led me to the tomb, maybe a coincidence)

- Go eat (most likely it will fall out on its own), if not, we start again.
- Enjoy hallucinations (there are some very good ones)
- Do a fast rewind (we launch Seine and it knocks down the hallucination), wait until it rains bugs.
