Before starting a new tour, change your character by pressing options. Do this five times to unlock the trophy.

From the pause menu in Discovery mode, you can go to the Characters tab and change which character you're playing as at any time. Simply complete a tour as 5 different characters to unlock this achievement. Since you have to do 20 tours for "Archeologist" anyway, make sure to change characters between tours to unlock this achievement along the way.

Go to the menu and select characters. You need to change it 5 times. Now you can run for both Caesar and Cleopatra.

Let me clarify that you need to play one round to the end with one character. And only then change to another. You cannot change 5 characters during one round.
