There is 1 Serquet location in each of the 4 Afterlife regions, and the 5th location is in the Waset Desert. All five locations involve fighting enemies that are level 55-58, so don't even bother attempting to complete these locations until you're at least level 54.

For the four Afterlife locations, the Serquet locations consist of fighting a big scorpion at level 58, and then there will be 1-2 additional scorpions at level 55-58. The only thing required to complete these locations is killing the scorpion with the gold crown, so use Senu to mark the main scorpion in each location. These scorpion bosses can take you out in two hits, so don't bother going near them. Thankfully, they are very weak to ranged attacks from your bow. Three of these Serquet locations are actually outside in fields, so you can approach from a distance, mark the boss scorpion, then equip your strongest bows, preferably a predator bow, and you should be able to take out the scorpions very easily. I was level 54 using a level 44 epic Smoke and Mirrors bow and was killing the boss scorpion in 5 or 6 arrows, without even engaging any of the scorpions. If you somehow run out of arrows, the next safest bet is to ride around on horseback and slash at the scorpion as you ride by, but you shouldn't need to worry about that. Arrows take these down very quickly.

The Serquet location in Duat is inside of a cave like area, so you don't have as much room. In here, I recommend equipping your best predator and warrior bows. Start off with the predator bow, and if the scorpion approaches you, switch to the warrior bow to do a lot of damage. Make sure you charge it up, and you should have no problems taking out this scorpion either.

The final Serquet location in Waset Desert is actually just a smallish fort. The objectives here are to kill the captain, who is level 58, and loot the sole treasure. Approach this fort like any other fort, trying to assassinate the captain and finish him off with overpower attacks. You can easily run and hide if need be, then come back to kill more enemies and finish him off. Then just loot the treasure to complete this location.

Once all five are completed, the achievement will unlock.

To get the trophy you need to “close” 5 Selket zones (4 in the afterlife and 1 in the real one):

After passing all five points, the trophy did not drop. After entering the main screen, the trophy clanged.

Scorpios are strong and have a skull icon. if you have a low level, then take the perk of restoring supplies in the afterlife and shoot them with guided arrows.

came to the expansion at level 55, played on a nightmare
ordinary scorpions were taken out with one fierce attack from the Tooth of Sebek ax or one shot from the bow of the predator Smoke and Mirrors
I killed level 58 scorpions like this, 2 arrows from a predator bow Smoke and mirrors in the head area (there is maximum damage) and finishing off with an ax or an arrow from a light bow
The main thing is not to let yourself get hit, because... they hit very painfully and destroy almost the entire xp bar with one poke and you have to flee

The level of these evil scorpions is 58, considering how the game cuts damage when there is a large difference between the player and the enemy, to save time there is no point in going into these zones ahead of time, just calmly level up to level 55, simultaneously pump up your weapon and its damage, activate the recovery skill arrows in the afterlife and then I took them out with a bow, Choice of Ra, with just three shots. Well, a captain in the real world is generally easy.

The most obvious way: level up to level 58 (which is still quite boring) and kill everyone with a furious blow +
The easiest way for those who are too lazy to level up and who just went 100% in trophies (like me):
1. It is still advisable to first get the trophy for level 55 (I went through the Selket areas in the afterlife worlds of Nefertiti and Akhenaten at level 54, and scorpions in other areas - at level 55 - were taken out much faster).
2. A “Predator” bow with ignition is desirable - it’s still at least something, but it will take off in the intervals between shots.
3. A perk for restoring arrows in the afterlife is required.
Optional: I had all my weapons pumped up to level 50 and had a perk for maximum adrenaline at the beginning of the battle (which is indispensable in case something went wrong).

In the afterlife, everything goes according to one scenario: beat the main scorpion in the turnip from a maximum distance, if you want to collect loot, take out his friend(s) in the same way. Problems are possible only in the afterlife of Tutankhamun, where you have to squeeze through a narrow passage to get to the scorpions. Personally, I immediately ran along the wall to the left and forward, there is room to climb up: both scorpions got aggressive and even spat after me, but as soon as I climbed up, they continued to ignore me. In all other worlds, it is not a problem to find a position where the scorpions do not even understand where fiery arrows are flying to different parts of their carcasses.
As for the Waset desert in the real world, I acted a little more subtly, but at level 55, getting involved in a full-fledged mess with a level 58 enemy, especially when he is not alone, can be fraught. With arrows and partly luring, followed by quick killing, he took out everyone except the captain. I waited until the captain went to bed (in my case, exactly in the tent where the treasure needed to be collected), replenished the supply of arrows, and outside (that is, not from the tent where he was sleeping) performed a headshot with a “Predator” bow from about 20 meters away. , and while he was waking up and taking in what was happening, he also filled him with arrows... in general, he ran to me from about 1/4...1/3 of the line, which he successfully removed with one furious blow +

Maybe it will help someone, after my trophy was bugged and I restarted NG+ to get it, it fell out after the first sanctuary (The Underworld of Akhenaten). There may be problems with just this place, try to start re-receiving from this afterlife - perhaps you will save a lot of time.
