So there are multiple ways to earn experience points, but the general goal here is to reach level 20.

Complete side quests, main campaign story missions, kill anyone and explore everywhere you can go as long as it’s safe to do so. Eventually, you will reach level 20 and the trophy will unlock.

You will definitely get this naturally over the course of your playthrough.

New to Assassins Creed, there is a level up system that is very similar to any RPG. The enemies have levels as well, so you can’t just go around killing everyone right off the bat.

Earn XP by completing quests, killing enemies, completing locations, and completing special objectives. Once you reach level 20, the achievement will unlock.
