How to unlock the Instant Vikings achievement in Assassin's Creed Rogue - Definitive Guide

An easy place to get this one, as well as the Nap Time trophy, is in Fort La Croix at around 701,-650. Get up on a vantage point and toss your sleep grenade first to pick up Nap Time, then as they wake up, hit them with a berserk grenade. Easy two trophies!

This worked an absolute peach! the Co-ordinates for the for you mentioned are 759,-406. when you enter the gate 5 guards are parading around. I thought I was going to have trouble with this trophy and the other one. toast

Head to New York. There is a sync point at 659, 243. Fast Travel to that point. To the SE you will see a red "restricted zone" square and in it will be 6-7 Redcoats. They will just be slightly too spread out to immediately use the grenade. From the perch, shoot a Berserker Dart into the biggest one of the bunch and the rest of the troops will gather around him. At this point, fire your grenade and it will infect the rest.
