How to unlock the Nap Time achievement in Assassin's Creed Rogue - Definitive Guide

An easy place to get this one, as well as the Instant Vikings trophy, is in Fort La Croix at around 701,-650. Get up on a vantage point and toss your sleep grenade first to pick up this one, then as they wake up, hit them with a berserk grenade for Instant Vikings. Easy two trophies!
