The description for this trophy is somewhat confusing since nothing in the game designates any of the supply camps as large.
Simply turn on the Veterans cheat after completing 65 Abstergo challenges and loot the regular supply camps in River Valley.
If you are having difficulty finding supply camps speak the the bartenders in the taverns in the River Valley or New York areas.
