How to unlock the Bartitsu achievement in Assassin's Creed Syndicate - Definitive Guide

For every 1,000 experience points you receive 1 skill point. Complete tasks to gain experience.
There are only 6 skill levels, to level them all up requires quite a lot of experience.

I have a problem with this trophy. Upped Jacob to level 10, but the trophy still didn't drop

It is important not to buy additional skills that are special for each character, but to buy all the skills in the combat section (left column).
