How to unlock the Mentor achievement in Assassin's Creed Syndicate - Definitive Guide

You have to complete all the challenges within the memories in order to unlock this. Memories can be replayed through the progression log and then going to the progress tracker. Any section that doesn’t have a gold circle around it will indicate something that isn’t 100% and then you can find the specific ones you need to replay.

As the campaign progresses, additional tasks will appear. If you didn't complete something, you can then replay the mission.
Moreover, the tests that you have completed do not need to be completed again.

If you encounter difficulties in missions, type the walkthrough of each chapter into YouTube. In missions where you need to go through stealth or not kill anyone, things like “Knock out the enemy” (Sneak up from behind, press , then hold.) and “Help of the rooks” (Just hire them or if there is an improvement, call them, they will kill opponents and you will be credited with the task. Tested.). Unlike other parts of Assassin's Creed, the game has been significantly simplified.

100% progress is only needed in the tasks of the 9 parts of the story. In other missions, if additional conditions cause difficulties, they do not have to be followed. Where you don't want to kill anyone, use rooks, glitch darts, or knockouts.
