How to unlock the The War at Home achievement in Assassin's Creed Syndicate - Definitive Guide

This trophy is awarded for completing all the missions in the World War 1 simulation, which becomes available during Sequence 6. The portal is located on the river Thames, on the eastern edge of the map.

To get the trophy you first need to complete the mission that happens as soon as you are through the portal. Once you have completed that, talk to Winston Churchill and he will give you 5 more missions (two spy hunts and three spy hideouts). Clear all these 5 missions, and the final mission becomes available (master spy hunt).

The trophy will drop once you have completed the final master spy hunt mission.

Between Sequence 6 and 7 the Portal to the World War I simulation should become available

There you need to complete several Mission for Winston Churchill: two Spy Hunt, three Spy Hideouts and a final Master Spy Hunt Mission to complete the simulation and get this Achievement. This also unlocks:

At the very right end of the Thames there is a portal that leads there.

It doesn’t matter at all whether you get to the portal as Evie or Jacob (I had Jacob). The portal itself opens after completing Chapter 5.

If you want to collect all the letters from the front, then there is a glitch with a letter dated May 1916. It is not visible with eagle vision.

Almost at the edge of the Thames River there will be a portal, which is marked on the map with the icon from the achievement. We go into it and complete missions.
