How to unlock the Room With A View achievement in Assassin's Creed Unity - Definitive Guide

For this trophy you need to go into arnos room in the cafe theatre to the balcony directly left of where you can read arnos letters just walk out there towards the railing and arno will lean on it just wait a few seconds and the trophy will pop for you.

The opportunity to obtain the trophy will open in Part 5, Memory 1.
We just climb onto the balcony and after the animation we get the trophy.

The trophy does not depend at all on which part. You just need to open the Cafe Theater, go up to Arno’s room, stand at the balcony for a few seconds and the trophy will fall out.

You don't have to wait for part 5.
Completed this trophy in 3 parts. We go through the mission where you return to the assassins in the dungeon for the first time, then we come straight to the cafe and go to Arno’s room. We go out onto the balcony and most importantly, you need to go to the handrails and release the stick, then Arno will cloud on the handrails and after a few seconds the trophy will jingle.
