How to unlock the Safe and Secure achievement in Assassin's Creed Unity - Definitive Guide

After purchasing a social club (the red houses on the map), 3 white house icons will show up on the map as mission markers. They are usually on the second/third floor of the club. Complete these 3 relatively easy tasks, mostly consisting of killing 1 specific target and you're all good.

When you restore the club, exactly the same 3 icons appear. It is enough to complete these 3 tasks in one purchased club and the trophy will drop. You do not need to complete the tasks of all other clubs for this trophy.
