There are 11 Alpha animals (referred to in game as Legendary animals) to be found and killed. There are multiple reports that the Alpha animal located in Jotunheim isn't needed for this achievement, and from my own personal experience, I did not need to kill that animal to unlock this achievement. For those who don't have a creature of the hills. Climb up the mountain from the cave. You'll see a small camp there, clear it out. And at the exit by the gate I saw this bear. Kill it, go down into the cave - the kill will count.
