In the collections option on the main menu, there is the "EX Options" menu.

Inside, there are a bunch of options that change the game. You need to purchase and turn on one of them to unlock the achievement. You don't have to play a level or game after purchasing to unlock the achievement.

The cheapest one is the "Rubber Music" option in the bottom left. It costs 500 Credits.

There are a number of EX Options which alter gameplay. They are unlocked with credits that are earned through playing the various game modes. The cheapest EX option is 500 credits for a music change. Earn enough credits, head into collections and then EX options to purchase it.
