I got this on Zone 1 Stage 1 using the Starch android(unlocked later in the game), circling the room and using my missiles liberally. I would recommend playing though the game first as you will become more skilled, making it easier, but its not necessary.

I tried this multiple times with cactus, starch and Holly to no avail. I then tried peanut for the first time to get the androids assemble achievement and got this with peanut on the first try. Key is to get blue power ups and keep moving- blue will reduce the amount of bullets flying around that you may accidentally stray into.

Definitely this achievement is much easier to do if it has not yet reached the S+ rank, because the amount of enemies that will appear is too small. The first phase is relatively easy to accomplish without taking any damage using the cactus, but if you reach the S+ rank and have not been able to achieve the achievement, a solution will be to go offline, delete the save, start the game, follow the tutorial and play the first phase, giving retry every time you notice having taken some damage. Having performed the procedure and making sure you did not take any damage, quit the game, return to online mode, choose the most recent save and advance.

This takes a little skill, but can be done on the first level of the game with any android. Make sure to keep moving and you can go through bullets and enemies by switching to your secondary and moving through during the animation.

This is an easy trophy that can be achieved in 1-1 without even thinking about it. Focus on dodging bullets, stay far away from green spiders and ignore the Chain gauge to succeed on your first try. I used Holly but Cactus and Starch are fine too.
