Assault Suit Leynos

This trophy can be a real pain in the butt. The airborne section is at the very beginning of stage 4, and a series of enemies will quickly appear from the right side of the screen and then fly away. You must shoot them all down before they can escape, and you can't miss any. There will be two types of enemies: The larger green ones will advance until they are about halfway across the screen, then pull back to the right. The smaller enemies always appear in formations of three near the bottom-right of the screen, and will quickly swoop upward and off screen to the right. The smaller ones are very easy to miss.

Here is a list of the enemies that will appear:

• 1 larger green enemy, near the bottom of the screen.
• 3 smaller enemies, near the bottom of the screen.
• 1 larger green enemy, near the top of the screen.
• 3 smaller enemies, near the bottom of the screen.
• 3 more smaller enemies, near the bottom of the screen.
• 1 larger green enemy, near the top of the screen.
• 3 smaller enemies, near the bottom of the screen.
• 1 larger green enemy, near the bottom of the screen.
• 3 smaller enemies, near the bottom of the screen.

For the least difficult time with this, equip missiles in as many slots as possible and get as close to where the enemies appear as you can. Start firing before they appear, and don't worry about taking a few hits. Memorize the list above, moving up and down as necessary so that the enemies will appear directly in front of you and get taken out almost instantly. You can also use the bazooka as it can take out the group of smaller enemies together when they are all lined up.

If you miss any, you will need to exit and restart the stage. It will probably take you a few tries before you get it. Fortunately the rest of stage 4 is relatively easy. Just take extra care not to die or fail during the timed anti-aircraft section on the planet surface. (Equip an extra armor or two if you're worried about taking too much damage.)
