Assault Suit Leynos

All you need to do is protect all 8 transport shuttles (2 groups of 4) as they make their way to the base at the end of the level, on the far right. Just stick close to the shuttles and take out the smaller enemies that will appear from both sides. When the mid-stage and final bosses appear, equip one of the heavier weapons and take them out as quickly as you can. You can block the charged shots from the final boss using your shield.

The shuttles will likely take some damage, but you will still earn the trophies as long as they are not completely destroyed. These trophies stack, and you should have no difficulty saving all 8 shuttles and unlocking all 7 trophies at once. (I have actually never seen any of the shuttles get destroyed.)
