How to unlock the 300! achievement in Assetto Corsa - Definitive Guide

Use one of the Hyper Cars, i think in base game the Ferrari FXX K is the strongest and fastest car.
LaFerrari, McLarren P1 and Pagani Hyura also should work.

Take a track with a long straight, Monza 66 classic or Nordschleife.

If you take Nordschleife you should also unlock

and with the FXX K and some skill

During install one of the only options to play during installation was the Ferrari FXX on Barcelona in DRIVE , at the end of the straight you should unlock the achievement.

Nice and easy to get I used the Ferrari FXX K like you suggested but I ended up doing this on the full version of 1966 Monza, as it starts you out with a banked right turn but you don't need to brake much for it, btw the speed needed in mph is around 200.

300kmph is equal to 186mph. You will have several opportunities to earn this trophy in both Career mode and Special events, but if you want to unlock it quickly, pick one of the game's supercars or race cars, go to the Monza 1966 Road Course and drive until you hit that speed.

The simplest option: go to practice, Monza 1966 Road Course, Mercedes-Benz C9 1989 LM. On the first lap, the trophy is yours.

In the first time trial. I chose the Ferrari fxx and hit 300 km/h on the first straight stretch.
