I used Hotlap Modus - because there is no timeout - take a car and track that you want.
With controller use a rubber band that you drive slowly, and controller doesnt disconect. With wheel lay somethin on pedal or jam something in pedal that you drive slowly.
I think when you stand still you get back in menu or pit after some time.
Hard way:
You also can do the Hard way and Drive 2 Hours a Race
100 Laps is max Value, for example 30 x 8min Laps on Nordschleife should take 2h

Going for this for November target; I think I screwed myself out of it by not setting enough laps. AI finished 16 laps of Nordschleife in just under 2 hours, and I got pitted after that happened, it seems.
I did get the 7:30 lap achievement in the process - couldn't do it by actually trying, but crashing into absolutely everything, in the FXX K, I managed it, with no small amount of irony.

Easy way to unlock this trophy. Start a hotlap ensuring you cross the line and then stop your car. After 2 hours you can complete the lap and trophy will pop. As far as im aware you can use any car on any track. I picked the lotus F1 car at silverstone national. Ensure your controller is plugged in so it does not switch off!
