At first this may seem impossible, but it's not too bad once you understand the trick of Time Attack events. To put in ten laps you must always be improving your sector times. To do this achievement, just beat each sector time by 1-2 seconds (and you can do this to get gold as well). Do a lap or two and find out where the sector lines are, and then restart and go slow (but not too slow or else you'll get deducted points). If you barely beat each sector each lap you should be able to easily get in 10 laps without having to go full speed, assuming no mistakes are made.

Any car and track combo will work for this. I'd recommend doing one of the Time Attack Special Events since you'll have to get gold in those anyway to get this:

Esta conquista é fácil. Basta entender o que tem que fazer. A cada checkpoint você terá que marcar um tempo menor do que na volta anterior. Basicamente terá que fazer isso por 10 voltas, mas só pare de fazer quando a conquista destravar. O segredo é ir rápido e frear bruscamente antes do checkpoint, sempre controlando para não estourar o tempo. (Detalhe: Se for muito devagar vai receber punição). Escolha a pista curta de Silverstone e um carro de GT, pois esses carros são mais fáceis de controlar.
