Asterigos: Curse of the Stars

To initiate this quest you must first speak to the Loser Noble who's location is directly opposite the Outer Streets fast travel point in Arges Bizaar. Go talk to the door.

As it is easy to skip through the dialogue with 'Loser Noble' and miss what you are required to retrieve or the rough location (and he won't repeat himself), here is a list of all items he demands step by step and fast travel points to use. Items can be picked up early and checked in back to back.

1. Brilliant Star - Arges Bizaar - Amphitheater
On a shelf in a box. Up on the second floor of the curved corridor area before the boss arena.

2. Phalan academy uniform - Phalan Academy - Political Campus

3. Delicate Bull statue - Phalan Academy - Phalan Trail (then head down the hill to Pit Village)
After you head down the elevator from the village itself, you will find a tented dining area on the left which has a bunch of enemies and doggos. You are looking for a small building close by. The statue is tucked in some shelves behind the door.

4. House Rocks Land Deed - Black Streets - Quintus Storage??

5. Rose Grape Wine - Sunken Outskirts - Hunters' Camp
Head out of the camp and towards the vineyard. There is a pot of wine in the middle section of this area.

6. (Save Nikolas) Delicate Bracelet - Styx - Purgatory
Head down one floor and in one of the open cells. There is some writing on the floor to inspect. You will receive a bracelet and a Ethrius symbol.

7. Clean 'n' soften - "Laurel Mansion in Arges Plaza. Right after you go down the secret passage to the sewer, turn left and it's on your left" - Thanks @I The Wise

8. Pink Starite - Glittering Deep - Astral Depths
"very near the Astral Depth fast travel point in Glittering Deeps (it is NOT in Stella Mine). There's a doorway visible from this fast travel point surrounded by pink crystals, go through it, it's on the floor" - Thanks @I The Wise.

Once you have gone through those items and some more dialogue, return to Minerva in the shelter to ask about your new 'friend'. There will then be some back and forth delivering a letter and a reply. Once you deliver a reply back to Minerva, the achievement will pop.

If you would like to totally finish the quest (which contributes to your ending), Loser moves into a house in the Arges Plaza near the far left corner as you enter. Knock the door to talk to him.
