To unlock this trophy, you need to accumulate 9,999 helmets over the course of your playthrough. You can buy health, techniques, figurines etc. in the shop, since the amount is cumulative and you don't need to have all 9,999 on you at once. Romans helmets are everywhere and you can get them from boxes, killing enemies etc. so don't worry about this trophy as it will come naturally.
