In the level WCW, in the first area, locate the big green drain pipe (think Mario) and jump in. The level is located on top of a small platforming section and will unlock the magic potion in the first arena fights.

The underground level is located in the gardens of the (WCW) Colosseum Entrance. You look a big green pipe from the ground and then jump in that green pipe. To unlock this trophies, you need to handle with a small platform of platforms and above you will find this lever to be lowered. See the screenshot below for more details:
