You cannot unlock this until you have the 2nd or 3rd fury upgrade bought. Once you have play a challenge and spam x until it pops. I think its pretty much un-missable later on as there are alot of big fights

You must defeat 30 Romans in Fury mode, activate a fury mode indicator under your health bar. If you're full, you enter into a recognizable fury mode with the flames around your fists. You can a possibility to buy 3 rage enhancements in the shops that increase the damage to the Romans.
