Astria Ascending

You will unlock the ability to assign a Main Job after completing Chapter 2. Go into the skill tree menu and choose a main job for any character to unlock the first achievement. Once you complete Chapter 8 and the first five fights of the Arena at Leo Temple, you will have enough job tokens to assign a Main Job to every character and unlock this achievement.
