During act XI you'll be able to ride Fedorah to reach new temples. You can choose which ones to visit and after you've completed three, act XI finishes and XII begins. At this point ride Fedorah to any of the non-yet-visited temples and upon completion of any of them you'll receive 2 additional crests and you'll now able to select "Support Job".
Open the Ascension Tree menu and underneath "Sub Job" now you'll be now able to select a "Support Job" for any character.
