How to unlock the Jumping Through Hoops achievement in ASTRO BOT - Definitive Guide

Bubbling Under is located in the fourth main area of the game, Camo Cosmos. When you reach the main part of the level, where the giant starfish is shackled to the wall, you will see some dolphins jumping through a hoop up to your left. Simply use the penguin power up you got at the beggining of the level and press R2 and X to leap out of the water and through the hoop.
