This unlocks after collecting every single Jigsaw Piece in the game. You can check the counter for jigsaw pieces in each Nebula by pressing the Scan button while in Level Select.

If you've got everything, including all the Jigsaw Pieces from Lost Nebula, and are left with four missing Jigsaw Pieces, you'll get these during the final boss encounter. After the final boss, return to Crash Site to finish the jigsaw and unlock this trophy!
