Construction Derby is one of the levels in the Gorilla Nebula. Head through naturally until you reach the area immediately after collecting the dog jet boost power up and smash through a window pane.
This area has one massive graffiti wall you need to hit with the boost to progress. Once you reach that point, turn around and use the boost to smash the box closest to the basketball hoop. Inside are lots of basketballs.
