This is effectively you "End Game" achievement.
To get it you need to collect a second Geometric Triptych from the 7 Gateway Engines at the core of each planet and take them all to the Mysterious Satellite located near the sun. Fit the triptychs in the corresponding slots, activate the new "odd stone" and the credits will roll.
There isn't an end to the game though. After the credits you'll return to your original shelter on Sylva to carry on playing.

Just an fyi, Your space ship doesn't come back with you, I left my large shuttle on Sylva and went up to the satellite in my old small shuttle, just a solid fuel thruster and no oxygenator as its not needed. Don't worry though, if you didn't figure this out beforehand, it is still possible to get back to the satellite through the fast travel network.

Do you need one extra from each core? I was able to get 3 extra from a single core. Easy element. They all read the same thing. So I can't see that you can tell the difference between the extra one from Atrox vs the extra one from Novus.
