Prior to this one, the "Harvest all resources" achievement was my last achievement, and I essentially co-oped the whole completion with a friend, but with me on his "world" so to speak.
Needless to say I was gutted when this achievement did not unlock for me, as was he when I created a world for him to get the "Use Research Chamber on another players world" achievement.
I had tried restarting the game with no joy...
I have a distinct feeling that this achievement is broken on the Windows Store version. We both played this on PC in order to avoid the crashing issues experienced in console with larger saves (our completed save was 34MB).
Thankfully this game is PlayAnywhere, so what got this achievement to finally pop for us was to download and Install the game on console. The achievement and the attached character costume both unlocked on the main menu after a few seconds after pressing A at the "Welcome, segagamer" screen.
Those of you who are playing on PC only and do not have an Xbox may have to stream this via XCloud to unlock this, at least until the developers fix it. I have reported my findings to the developer in case they decide to look into the issue.

Thanks for taking the time to report that!
This is a known issue on our end, though we only received reports of it recently so our investigation is still quite preliminary.
That said, the fact that it only happens on the PC version, and even was able to populate after switching to an Xbox, is definitely new info, and should help narrow the problem down.
Hopefully we can get a fix out with our next update - but if you have any questions or need help with anything in the meantime please let me know!

I suggest those of you who haven't unlocked the achievement yet due to only playing/having a PC should report this issue to the dev, so that they could use your save to help with their investigation.
