There are 6 different gases that you need to condense for this achievement.
Argon - found on Vesania & Glacio
Helium - only on Atrox
Hydrogen - found on Sylva, Calidor, Vesania & Novus
Methane - found on Novus & Atrox
Nitrogen - found on Sylva, Vesania & Atrox
Sulphur - found on Calidor & Atrox
If you want to get fancy you can fit a large shuttle with a condenser and fly around the various planets sucking up gas as required. Or build one condenser and fly around deploying it and repackaging it for the next flight. But once you can build condensers, it's very easy to build half a dozen of them and put one on each planet (not Desolo as there's no atmosphere). However, to get all six gases you just need to collect from Atrox and Vesania.
Note. Like a few of the achievements this didn't unlock when I expected it to. I had cannisters of every gas but no achievement. It finally unlocked when I condensed some Hydrogen on Novus, for some reason I didn't register the Hydrogen I originally got on Sylva.
